acrylic sheets, aluminium composite materials, paper boards, and lightweight foam boards.
Our materials are used in various industries. 3A Composites Industry Europe currently oper
ate in 12 different sites around Europe, producing a very wide range of products to serve our
markets.
In our core market segments, such as vehicle construction (e.g., agricultural vehicles, cara
vans, construction machinery), construction industry (e.g., sectional doors, skylights, doors,
roofing applications), and sanitary (e.g., bathtubs and shower trays), the aesthetic (e.g., color,
surface quality, surface properties) of our sheets is very important to our customers. 3AC
place particular importance on sustainable manufacturing processes and environmentally
friendly materials.
The goal is to ensure the prompt supply of innovative, top-quality products that are tailored to
our customers’ needs.
We are offering a challenging position in the BeNeLux, a region with a big sales potential.
Main target is the strengthening of the market position and expansion of the market share.
This is a challenge for a Sales Developer (m/f/d) with a clear possibility to grow in a big organization.

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential new customers
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our current customers
- Gain access to local OEMs and establish relationships
- Identify new projects and commercialise them
Profile
- A degree in business or associated experience
- Proven field sales experience (experience within the plastics industry or a related field is advantageous but not essential
- Experience working with Thermoformers, Converters & OEMS is an advantage
- High willingness to travel, i.e., 3 days/week, capable of taking over a bigger region
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Very good communication skills
- Reliability, accountability
